What I usually find

Most sites don't need more features. They need to stop leaking.

Before you pay for traffic, check where it lands. These are the three things I see most often when I open a small business or coaching site.

the link

Redirects, blank previews, old dates.

The domain bounces twice, the shared link shows no preview, the homepage still promotes last year's event.

the update

Nobody can change it.

A new product, price or date means waiting for a developer. So the site stays wrong.

the form

Leads go nowhere fast.

A form that emails an inbox nobody watches, with no reply, no CRM entry and no follow-up.

From a PDF catalog to 611 parts online, edited by the client.

Parts and service for agricultural machinery · Brazil

The catalog was a PDF, photos were scattered across a drive, and the old site had broken buttons. Now it's a searchable catalog where customers build a quote list that goes straight to the dealer's WhatsApp. The dealer adds, edits and hides parts in an admin panel, with automatic backups of the last 80 versions.

To get photos on most parts, I recovered images from old files, cut out backgrounds automatically and redrew small parts as clean vectors. The printed catalog (64 pages) comes out of the same data.

Webinar pages rebuilt from a page builder to fast static pages

Registration pages moved off a heavy page builder. Each new webinar date is swapped by a script in about 30 seconds, every sign-up lands in the CRM, and link previews and search tags are set on every page.

A trade show site rebuilt, with the news CMS kept

A new static site for an agribusiness trade show, with the old WordPress kept only for the news section so the team keeps publishing the way they're used to. Ad tracking installed across the site for the campaigns.

Process

Written, async, and priced before we start.

No need to block an hour for a discovery call. Everything is in writing, so you can reply between sessions. If you'd rather talk, we can, with an agenda sent ahead.

  1. Tell me what's manual

Five short questions, or a 2-minute screen recording of how it works today.

  2. Written scope in 24h

What gets built, the timeline and one fixed price.

  3. First milestone

50% to start. On Upwork it sits in escrow.

  4. Build, with updates

A short written update and screen video every two days.

  5. Handover

Running in your accounts, with docs, a walkthrough video and fixes included.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I have to leave my current platform?

Not always. Sometimes the fix is a new page in front of what you have. The teardown tells you which, before you spend anything.

Who writes the copy?

You bring the substance; I shape it for the page and send it for approval. Your wording on offers and prices is never changed without asking.

Where is it hosted?

On your domain and your hosting account. No monthly fee to me unless you want a care plan.

How do you work so fast?

I design and build with AI coding tools, so the slow parts (boilerplate, testing, variations) take hours instead of weeks. The decisions and the review are mine.
